There is a moment, when wearing a Hevò garment, when your fingers encounter something subtly special. A different button. Four holes aligned, not arranged in pairs as sartorial tradition dictates. A continuous line, not a square. A code.
This is the h-button, the detail that transforms every garment into a Hevò piece. Not just a functional element, but a signature detail.
A universal code
In Morse code, four dots in sequence identify the letter "H". But for Hevò, they represent much more: they are the four pillars that sustain the brand's identity: Era, Evolution, Evocation, Ecosystem. Four values found in every garment.
The h-button is not by chance. It is the result of a compelled search for detail, of the meticulous attention that characterizes how Hevò works with its suppliers. Every element is studied, chosen, created specifically. Even a button.
Four aligned holes become a line. A line that tends toward infinity, like the thread of oil flowing through the Apulian land. Like time that does not stop but transforms. Like evolution that does not forget the past but carries it forward.
Made for Hevò, by expert hands
The h-button was born from collaboration with Bottonificio Lenzi 1955, a historic company based nearby Bologna that has been producing buttons since the postwar period. A top-tier supplier who accepted the challenge: creating a button that did not exist, with aligned holes instead of paired ones, designed exclusively for Hevò.
Made primarily from horn or corozo (vegetable ivory) but also metal and other materials, h-buttons change in size and color depending on the garments and collections. Each button bears the engraved Hevò logo, a further signature within the signature. Their application requires particular attention: the aligned holes modify the traditional stitching gesture, imposing a different approach.
A detail that speaks
For those who know Hevò, the h-button is a silent signature. The brand is minimal by choice - clean lines, studied proportions, natural colors - and distinguishes itself precisely for this: the absence of conspicuous logos, the presence of sought-after details. Those who love Hevò know where to look.
