Where does Hevò ship?
We currently ship within the European Union.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days.
Standard delivery in Italy takes 2–4 days, international deliveries vary by country.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
How do I request a return?
Returns can be requested by completing the return form available on our website. All instructions are included in the form.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods depending on your location.
Where are Hevò garments made?
Hevò collections are designed and largely produced in-house at our atelier in Martina Franca, Apulia, using premium Italian fabrics and a trusted local supply chain.
A limited selection of products is crafted with the same care by selected international partners.
